Welding

We have the quality welding certificate PN-EN ISO 3834-2.

We make welded structures of black steel, quality steels, stainless steel as well as non-ferrous metals.

Welding Robot

We have the most modern robotic welding station with the fastest MIG / MAG / TIG welding robot in the world.

This assures the repeatability and welding quality at the top level.

CNC machining

We provide services in the field of complex metal and synthetics processing (turning and milling both CNC and conventional). Production is carried out on the basis of the documentation provided or in-house projects using the tools of reverse-engineering.

CNC Bending

We own modern 3 and 7-axis CNC press brakes. We are able to bend elements up to 6000 mm long.

Programs are prepared by constructors using specialized 3D software dedicated for press brakes.

Laser cutting

We own a modern fiber laser. In order to execute orders comprehensively Pilmasz also benefits from cooperation services in waterjet, plasma and oxygen cutting.
